The cell and solar ribbon transmission method adopts a multi-stage reciprocating motion mechanism to facilitate adjustment of the cell's space, and the mechanical positioning of the solar ribbon ensures controllable misalignment between the busbar and the solar ribbon. Compared with traditional stringer, the Y-2000 stringer has no consumables, and maintenance is more convenient; no Teflon belt is required.
11. We have developed a round ribbon bending function for strings with less than 1mm cell space. Taking a 0.26mm round ribbon as an example, the final dimension after ribbon bending is 0.18*0.8mm.
