The new generation of fully automatic laser dicing machines is the fifth generation designed and developed by our company. The latest generation of dicing machines has been significantly modified from the fourth generation of automatic dicing machines, with a more straightforward structure and higher efficiency. The whole machine adopts marble countertops, which are heavy and durable and can ensure the stability of the entire machine when the equipment is adjusted and operated. The control system adopts a special CNC card, and the control software is developed independently, inheriting the software operation interface of the previous generation.
1.Better speed of light (standard base film), finer slits, smoother edges;
2.Fast dicing speed, maximum 600mm/s; (6 times the speed of xenon lamp and semiconductor dicing machine, one device can achieve the efficiency of the previous six devices)
3.The conversion efficiency is higher, and the running cost is lower (1KW, the machine consumes about 1 degree of electricity for one hour, 3.5 degrees less than the Xenon dicing machine, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly).
4.Maintenance-free, non-consumable consumable parts replacement;
5.Smaller equipment (air-cooled)
6.High efficiency: producing capacity can reach 2000 full cells/hour
